Information Booklets

The Intellectual Property Office of Ireland has produced the following information booklets, which are intended as a general guide; they are not a legal interpretation of the legislation but summarise certain important provisions. As with all guides, they include a number of generalisations and simplifications and should not be regarded as a substitute for the legislation.

As part of the “Linking Innovation and Industrial Property” project supported by the European Commission, the Intellectual Property Office of Ireland contributed to the creation and publication of an informative Good Practice Guide, which includes 10 pragmatic recommendations for a better integration of Intellectual Property in your business.
