Cessation of IPOI Private File Facility (DropBox)

Please note that the Office will cease to offer the Private File facility as of the 31 January 2023.

The filing of all IP rights should continue to be done through the relevant e-filing facilities on the IPOI website.

In extenuating circumstances and upon prior agreement of the Office, we will provide a ShareFile link for the upload of sensitive or urgent documentation. There is no cost to the user for this service. Requests for use of the ShareFile facility should be sent to frontoffice@ipoi.gov.ie.
