Examination in Law & Practice of Trade Marks

Subject to there being a sufficient number of candidates, it is proposed to hold an online examination in the Law and Practice of Trade Marks on 28 April 2026.

The latest date for receipt of applications from persons who wish to sit this examination is 08 April 2026. Candidates wishing to be examined must have submitted in advance to the Controller a completed application formand the fee of €200 no later than 08 April 2026.
