Examination in Law & Practice of Trade Marks

Subject to there being a sufficient number of candidates, it is proposed to hold a written examination in the law and practice of trademarks on 21 April 2020.

The latest date for receipt of applications from persons who wish to sit this written examination is 31 March 2020. Candidates wishing to be examined must have submitted in advance to the Controller a completed application form and fee of €200 no later than 31 March 2020.

Applicants who wish to sit the examination will be notified of the venue and furnished with other relevant information in due course.
