Examination in Law & Practice of Patents

Subject to there being a sufficient number of candidates, it is proposed to hold an online examination in the Law and Practice of Patents on 09 April 2025.

The latest date for receipt of applications from persons who wish to sit this examination is 10 March 2025. Candidates wishing to be examined must have submitted in advance to the Controller an application form and the fee of €200 not later than 10 March 2025.
