Examination in Law & Practice of Patents

Subject to there being a sufficient number of candidates, it is proposed to hold a written examination in the law and practice of Patents on 22 April 2020.

The latest date for receipt of applications from persons who wish to sit this written examination is 1 April 2020. Candidates wishing to be examined must have submitted in advance to the Controller an application form and fee of €200 not later than 1 April 2020.

Applicants who wish to sit the examination will be notified of the venue and furnished with other relevant information in due course.
