Contacting the Office during COVID-19

In line with Government recommendations and in the interests of staff and customer welfare, the public Office of the Intellectual Property Office of Ireland remains closed to visitors.

Functions of the IPOI continue to be delivered by staff working remotely including all e-filing of applications, eServices and electronic fee payments. Our main telephone number (056 7720111) is available and monitored between the hours of 9.30am to 4.00pm inclusive of lunch time.

These arrangements do entail some limitations on the ability of staff to respond promptly to postal queries, so please bear with us if you experience any slight delays in our responses.
