The IPOI will not collect any personal data about you through this survey, apart from information which you volunteer. Where you voluntarily provide personal information in response to a questionnaire or survey, the data will be used for research or analysis purposes only. Any information which you provide in this way is not made available to any third parties and will be used by the IPOI solely for the purpose for which you provided it. 

The IPOI automatically collects incoming IP (internet protocol) addresses of users of our website but does not share this data with third parties. This customer service survey has also been set “anonymous” and therefore answers cannot be connected to participants unless you choose to share contact details with us.
