- Important: USING THIS TOOL DOES NOT CONSTITUTE THE FILING OF A PATENT APPLICATION. THIS CAN BE DONE USING THE PATENT E-FILING ONLINE SERVICE OR ONE CAN FILE BY POST TO THE IPOI. This tool will generate 4 separate documents (the four sections of a patent specification). Note: drawings are recommended but optional. Please ensure all documents are saved correctly on your PC.
